As founder and principal designer of Cutler & Family Acquisitions, Anjeny Cutler oversees all the designs that become an integral part of our client’s beautiful homes. Ms. Cutler’s meticulous and thoughtful approach ensures that every home is a unique representation of the client’s vision. Her keen eye for spatial design and dedication to perfection is evident in each home she touches. OUR PROCESS

Consultation

Discovery Call / In-person Consultation: Clients have the option of a free 20-minute virtual zoom meeting and or an in- person consultation in which, we discuss our clients design needs and perspective budget. This gives us an opportunity to connect with clients and decide which service works best for their home/ space and budget.

Design Proposal

We create a custom design proposal based on the information shared during the discovery call or in person consultation. This includes the fee breakdown and all the details of the recommended service.

Approval

Once we send the design proposal, we give prospective design clients up to three business days to make a final decision. Thereafter, clients will receive contracts, invoices, and all other materials needed to finalize agreement.
